Guest Information
REMINDER: Please bring your bed linens and towels. Linens
and towels can be rented at the office.
- TELEPHONE:
All calls should be made from the pay phones
located outside the Bookstore, in Alpine A, or outside of the Main Auditorium.
- MESSAGES:
Telephone messages are posted on the bulletin
board near the Reservation Desk.
- LOST & FOUND:
Check with the office concerning lost
articles. We will hold lost articles for six weeks.
- LAUNDROMAT:
Washers and dryers are located below the Gym
and in the Utility room of Alpine A.
- SODA MACHINES:
Located in front of the Dining Room, inside
the Gym and outside of the Bookstore.
- MAIL:
Out-going mail leaves at 10:00 AM Monday through
Saturday. In-coming mail can be picked up at the office after 1:30 PM.
- FOOD SERVICE:
The Cafeteria serves meals on
Weekends and Tuesday through Sunday lunch in the summer season. Meal tickets, menus and
schedules are available at the office. We appreciate advanced notice in purchasing a meal
ticket (one meal in advance, please). Snack Shop schedule is available at the
office.
- BOOK & GIFT SHOP:
Closed Sunday & Monday
Tuesday Thursday 9:00 5:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 9:00 7:30 PM
- RECREATIONAL FACILITIES:
Indoor & outdoor basketball
& volleyball, tennis courts, ball field, hiking trails, fishing pond, outdoor pool
& kiddie pool. Refundable deposit of $5.00 is required for sports equipment, which is
available at the office.
- TRASH:
Guests may place garbage in cans or bins located
around the grounds.
- FOOD STORES:
Please inquire at the office for information
and directions.
PROBLEMS AND EMERGENCIES: Please report any damaged and
inoperative equipment to the office. In case of an accident or emergency, contact the
office immediately. A staff person will be on call 24hrs. Emergency phone is located
outside the main doors of the auditorium.
