The Power Ministries was founded by Dr. Decker H. Tapscott, Sr. and is an evangelistic extension of Faith Christian Church and International Outreach Center where Dr. Tapscott is the Senior Pastor. He attended various schools and received a Doctorate in Biblical Subjects from the Spirit of Truth Bible Institute. He is an author, television evangelist, and conference speaker. He operates strongly in the prophetic gifts with evident signs and wonders. Dr. Tapscott and his wife Delores live in Warrenton, Virginia.
