He currently serves as Executive Pastor at Faith Christian Church & International Outreach Center in Warrenton\, Virginia\, where he ministers under the leadership of Bishop/Dr. Decker H. Tapscott\, Sr. \nIn addition to his pastoral role\, he contributes to the broader Christian community through service on organizational boards\, including as a Board Member at Aidan University in Longwood\, Florida. Widely sought after for his insight and experience\, he regularly teaches\, speaks at conferences\, and consults with diverse audiences across cultural\, denominational\, and generational lines. \nDr. Brooks is the founder of The Activation Room; a leadership network committed to equipping both emerging and established fivefold ministry leaders to advance the Kingdom of God.
