Dr. Charles Brooks, Jr. has dedicated over 25 years of service to the Body of Christ as a prophetic leader. He currently holds the position of Executive Pastor at Faith Christian Church & International Outreach Center in Warrenton, VA, under the apostolic leadership of Dr. Decker Tapscott.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Dr. Brooks serves on various boards of churches and organizations. Notably, he is a member of the Board of Directors at Aidan University based in Longwood, Florida, where he oversees projects including church-based training and education partnerships.

His experience extends beyond teaching and speaking at conferences. He is a consultant and strategic thinker, known for bridging cultural, denominational, and generational divides. He is the visionary behind the newly established Activation Network, which houses The Activation Room Podcast, scheduled to launch in fall 2025. This network functions as an online campus dedicated to educating, developing, and training individuals in fivefold ministry through its digital platforms.

Dr. Brooks’ academic achievements reflect his unwavering commitment to ministry and education. He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Education and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Aidan University in Longwood, Florida. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Logos University in Jacksonville, Florida.

He resides in Bealeton, VA, with his wife, Crystal, and their two daughters, Chaeli and Samara.
