What To Bring

  • Bible & a journal for spending time with God
  • Comfortable hiking/running shoes ready for fun! (we have great hiking trails and sports fields)
  • Towels for bathing and extras for the pool (in season)
  • Sheets for your bed (you may rent them at the front desk for a small fee). Blankets, pillows provided
  • Your favorite Shampoo & Soap, Sunscreen, Bug repellant, Deodorant
  • Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Prescription Medicine & First Aid supplies, Ear plugs if your roommate snores (ha ha)
  • Spending money for the gift shop/snack shop
  • Flashlight, Water Bottle
  • Raincoat, jacket, sweatshirt, extra clothes, pajamas
  • Swim suit (modestly please!) The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
  • Cell phone with charger
  • Please do NOT bring pets unless you are staying in a tent or RV on the campgrounds

Dining Hall Schedule & Information

  • Breakfast 8-9am
  • Lunch 12-1pm
  • Dinner 5-6pm
  • Our dining hall is unlimited buffet style. You can pay with cash or card in the dining hall. Groups get tickets.
  • All meals include the hot & cold beverage bar
  • Breakfast includes the Fruit Bar, Hot Foods Bar, Hot & Cold Cereal, Breakfast Breads
  • Lunch & Dinner include the Salad Bar, Hot Foods Bar, Desserts

Nursery and Preschool age Permission Agreement

After service, please pick your child up in a timely manner.

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION:

PERMISSION INFORMATION:
Please check which of the activities you allow the counselor to help your child to participate in: (If child is not potty trained, the parent must leave the service to assist)
By typing your name you agree to the “Participation Agreement” on the bottom of this form.

This is a digital free zone- please leave all cell phones etc with guardian.

Note: Pictures may be taken and used for advertising purposes only, and you do hereby give permission to BMCR to use them.

Participation Agreement

I acknowledge that participation in the activities described involves risk to the participant (and to the participant’s parents or guardians, if the participant is a minor), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the activities described, the participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in and transportation to and from the activity. The participant (or parent/guardian) accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity or during transportation to and from the activity, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to as the “activity sponsor”). Further, the participant (or parent/guardian) releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the activity sponsor for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity or transportation to and from the activity, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the participant (or parent/guardian) agrees to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the participant (or parent/guardian) and the activity sponsor cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
