A New Creation

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Cor 5:17

This February, we have been reminded that God is always at work doing a “new thing” (Isaiah 43:19). While it has been a full and demanding month, we remain deeply grateful for the ways He continues to make pathways in the wilderness and reveal His faithfulness on the Mountain.
Throughout these winter weeks, meaningful upgrades have been completed in Partners Hall, including new carpet, fresh paint, and updated AV equipment. These improvements are more than cosmetic—they help create a welcoming and distraction-free environment where guests can more fully encounter the presence of the Lord. Your partnership is helping prepare sacred spaces where lives are being shaped and hearts are being drawn closer to Him.
We also had the incredible privilege of hosting more than 300 youth from the Lancaster area for a powerful retreat weekend. It was deeply moving to witness this generation step away from the noise and distractions of everyday life to seek truth, community, and the voice of God. We invite you to join us in prayer for these young people—that the seeds planted here would take deep root. May the Lord raise up a generation of courageous and faithful leaders—modern-day Davids, Joshuas, Pauls, Esthers, and Ruths—who will follow Him wholeheartedly and impact the world for His glory.
Thank you for being an essential part of what God is doing here. Your faithfulness is helping make space for His transforming work in countless lives.
Please join us in prayer as we are seeking to fulfill the below positions:
 Maintenance Team Member:
Hammers and wrenches are more than just tools – they are instruments of ministry. Through preventative care, repairs and faithful stewardship of our facility and grounds, this role makes space for life-changing moments every single day.
 AV/Media Director:
Every light, sound cue, and lyric helps create space for lives to encounter Christ. We are seeking a servant-hearted Audio/Visual & Media Team Member who sees their work as a sacred calling—faithfully preparing rooms, stewarding media, and helping remove distractions so God’s Word is clearly seen and heard on the Mountain.
If you feel called or have felt a stirring to serve the Lord and grow deeper in your skillset, please apply on our webpage at: https://www.bmcr.org/jobopportunities/
