Justin D. Elwell, Th.D. is a Messianic Jewish disciple of Messiah Yeshua/Jesus, serving as the congregational rabbi of Messiah Congregation in New Hartford, New York. In addition to his congregational responsibilities, Justin has served and overseen educational institutions training ministers around the world, as well as care ministries reaching the poor, the widow and the orphan in India and Kenya. His podcast, Messiah in Life, has regular listeners in nearly 100 countries.
Justin has served in ministry for over twenty years, pastoring both messianic congregations and traditional churches. He is ordained with Restoration Fellowship International, headquartered in Cleveland Tennessee, and is the Presiding Bishop-elect of RFI. Additionally, Justin serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Timothy Program International, Inc., a seminary and Bible College equipping the saints and training ministers around the world.
Justin’s heart in ministry is to reach Jew and Gentile (Romans 1:16) with the message that, “We have found the One that Moses in the Torah, and also the prophets, wrote about – Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph” (Jn. 1:45). Justin has earned doctorates in Biblical Ethics and New Testament.

Dr. Edwin Felicie is a graduate of the Timothy Seminary International, under the internationally known Hebrew scholar Dr. Karl D. Coke, Chancellor and Director of T.S.I., which knowledge of Hebrew and the land of Israel is required throughout its studies.
Dr. Felicie is the Chancellor of Timothy Seminary International West and keeping with the vision of the home being the center of Biblical education.
Edwin Felicie was born and reared in the South Bronx, NY and served honorably in the United States Army.
Edwin Felicie has been married since 1978 to Juanita Amador and has been blessed with six children.
