No pets permitted in rental units.
A $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged if unit is left in an untidy manner.
Please dress modestly. No halter tops, tube tops or short shorts on the retreat property. Swimming attire- no bikinis, two piece, or revealing suits. Modest swimwear (women or men). Pool staff to determine if the swimwear is modest. In case your swimwear is identified as not meeting our regulations, please come prepared with a tee shirt that can be worn over your swimwear. Cover-ups must be worn to and from the pool.
Blankets are not to be taken out from rooms.
Turn off lights when not in rooms. Smoking not permitted anywhere on the grounds. Drugs, alcohol, fireworks or firearms of any kind are not permitted on the grounds. Skateboards, scooters, roller skates and roller blades are not to be used on the grounds. Walk bikes on sidewalks.
Quiet time for ALL guests is from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Campfires must be registered at the office and tended to by an adult at all times.
During your stay photographs may be taken, and may be used in both our printed and digital promotional material.
BMCR is not responsible for any minor, 18 yrs old or younger, who is left without parent or guardian. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation. Prices subject to change without notice.
Check-Out time is 10am. Sheets and Towels are NOT provided. We do provide a pillow, pillow cover, and blanket. Sheets and towels can be rented for a fee.
