Are you interested in a fantastic job where you get to serve the Lord, grow your own faith and help connect kids and youth to Jesus? We have a great job opportunity for you! Blue Mountain Christian Retreat is not a traditional “kids camp” where kids are left to the counselors full time – our kids come with their families and the counselors get to spend time with them while the parents are in service in the morning and the evening.
Our Summer Family Week Ministry Program runs from Tuesday through Sunday and runs from late June through the whole month of July. Counselors lead children/youth into developing a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ during their time together through: Bible Lessons, Crafts, Skits, Outdoor Activities (Nature Hikes, Swimming, Gym time, Campfires). Counselors also plan outdoor activities for the families to enjoy in the afternoons.
This is the perfect opportunity to grow your ministry skills and share the Love of Jesus with others! You’ll enjoy the summer making great friends that will last a lifetime!
We provide housing and great meals for all camp counselors along with your pay.
